the fore mentioned link was getting viral on facebook and twitter same as
published on physical papers , and happen to hear it on news as well.
.. but most of the people who speaks about that doesn't see the reason behind
im gonna get you some insights on that ,

if
you look at the other countries on that list , India , where we recently saw a
scene where a medical student were raped by 6 men
and all the countries mentioned there are with GDP per capita $3,000 max which says all of them are developing countries/ 3rd world countries, this all lead to a point ... out of 10 , 5 of them are south Asian countries.. and from the rest 2 of them are also Asian countries ...
this all address few key points ,
1. sex education among those cultures
2. Openness with family about relationships
3. cultural paradigm that says no sex before marriage
4.
socially rejecting the concept of living together
5. having separate colleges for girls and boys
i believe this all means something to you, health education even is an optional subject for ordinary level student ,
and less of the crowd study on that..
